Join us on day 4 of our 21 day #CLCILive Challenge as we work with CLCI students as they workshop their elevator pitches and go from general ideas to clear, focused, and specific pitches that are sure to attract clients.
Today Brook Adair Walters (M.C.L.C., C.P.C.) and Jerome LeDuff Jr (M.C.L.C) work with students during a special first ever mid-class live challenge. Our topic today is how to turn our coaching pitches into specific and clear ideas for our potential clients.
In this video Brooke asks our students specific and pointed questions to challenge and make them think critically about who their audience is and what are the results of being coached by them. Throughout the video a reoccurring theme begins to appear:
"What does reaching full potential look like?"
It's easy to tell clients that all of their dreams will come true and that they will reach their full potential, but what is more important is to describe what are the vivid, down to earth results of coaching.
Our savvy students begin to catch on as Brooke talks to each person and they begin to anticipate and proactively think about their own pitches. And this is one of the most important qualities of a coach running their business, proactive rather than reactive thinking, being able to observe new information around you and applying it to your own practice. Be sure to watch the full video so that you too can gain some new insights and knowledge on how to develop your elevator pitch.
Thank you,
Brooke Adair Walters and Jerome LeDuff Jr.
